Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AirReps ("the App") or visiting airreps.app ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

2. Description of Service

AirReps is a fitness application that uses AirPods motion sensors to count exercise repetitions. The App provides workout tracking, progress analytics, challenges, and Game Center leaderboards. The Website provides information about the App and a waitlist signup.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AirReps. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these terms.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

AirReps is not a medical device. The App is designed for fitness tracking and entertainment purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Consult your physician before starting any exercise program
• Rep counts are estimates based on motion sensor data and may not be 100% accurate
• Calorie calculations are approximations and should not be used for medical purposes
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• You exercise at your own risk — AirReps is not responsible for any injuries

5. User Accounts & Data

AirReps does not require account creation. Your workout data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced through Apple iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate Game Center leaderboards through fraudulent means
• Submit false or spam email addresses to the waitlist
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or Website

7. Intellectual Property

AirReps, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is the intellectual property of Artem Pashkov. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

AirReps integrates with third-party services that have their own terms:

• Apple — iCloud, Game Center, Apple Health, App Store
• PostHog — analytics
• Sentry — crash reporting

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability & Updates

We strive to keep AirReps available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. App updates may be required for continued use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirReps and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to physical injury, data loss, or inaccurate rep counts.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

AirReps is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of AirReps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
